Our staff of fine dining servers knows exactly what to do to make your day a success!
360 Catering is fully insured, and all staff will have a background check performed. In addition, our servers meet all the legal requirements put on us by the State of Texas. They are Food Handler Certified, and all our Bartenders have their TABC certification.
Chef Cody Hickman, 360 Owner & Chef
In the world of fine dining, Chef Cody Hickman is a home grown success story.
Chef Cody started his fine dining career as a busboy at the famed Worthington Hotel in Fort Worth, where he was quickly promoted to maître d’ of the acclaimed 4-star Reflections Restaurant, known for its infamous Sunday Brunch.
While an employee there, Cody won the coveted 5-star Employee Award, given to only 5 people per year! It turns out it was just the first of many awards and recognitions he's received so far in his career.
At his next job as the General Manager of the Balcony Restaurant, D Magazine recognized him as an “Up and Coming Star”.
Cody went on to become the General Manager of the prestigious Michael's Restaurant and then the iconic Bistro Louis Restaurant.
During his tenure at Bistro Louis, the restaurant won AAA's prestigious 4 Diamond Award, as well as the Excellence Award from Wine Spectator Magazine.
Cody is also an award winning sommelier and mixologist, and he's carried his successful track record and high standards to his current position as the owner and Executive Chef at 360 Catering and Events.
In 2017, the company was honored as the Caterer of the Year in Fort Worth Magazine.
